The BROIL KING BK 310 model has two grills measuring 34 x 53 cm, which are the key component of the barbecue. Being made of cast iron, they heat up quickly and retain heat for a long time, ensuring that the food cooked on them remains juicy and full of flavour. They are easy to clean and maintain, so once the feast is over, you’ll be able to quickly get them ready for the next time.
Tubular burners
The burners are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance, durability and an attractive appearance even after prolonged use. The holes on both sides significantly increase the number of flames — up to twice as many compared to traditional designs. This ensures heat is distributed evenly, reducing the appliance’s preheating time and improving performance in all conditions.
Fold-down side shelves
The tops of the side shelves on the BROIL KING BK 310 barbecue have a large surface area – 30.5 x 46.5 cm. They provide additional workspace where you can place meat or vegetables just before grilling. Each shelf has two hooks for hanging accessories, so you’ll have everything you need for grilling close at hand. The shelves can be folded down, making storage easier.
Keep food warm
The BROIL KING BK 310 grill features a top shelf measuring 21 x 46.5 cm, which is fitted with a sliding mechanism that allows it to be moved backwards towards the lid as soon as the oven is opened. This ensures easy access to the grill rack. On the shelf, you can grill burger buns, toast, your favourite vegetables, or place dishes previously cooked on the grill to keep them warm until your guests arrive.
Drip tray
During cooking, excess juices and fats that have not had time to evaporate are collected directly in a special tray located beneath the oven. This feature has been designed with user convenience in mind — the tray can be easily pulled out in one smooth motion, emptied and washed, without the need to dismantle other parts of the appliance.
